• Preliminary meeting with one of our onsite wedding planners (either at our showroom or via phone/skype appointment).

 

• Unlimited emails and phone calls with your wedding coordinator as required.

 

• Coordination of all suppliers during set-up on the wedding day.

 

• Create detailed run sheet of the day.

 

• Distribute hard copies of your Final, Complete Wedding Day Itinerary to all suppliers

 

• Be present for a wedding ceremony rehearsal (normally about 1 hour) to confirm placement, music and final special requests.

On the day– the duties will vary depending on what time you would like us to start and finish. 

Listed below are a number of the items that are included in our services. 

The package is based on five hours,  but can be extended for as long as you need us – additional hours are charged at $120.00 per hour.

Some of the duties of this service include the following as required:

Ceremony

• Oversee all deliveries, greeting and supervising all suppliers as they arrive to set up

 

• Assist with all bridal flowers, buttonholes and guiding bridal party with flowers

 

• Checking in with the wedding couple, parents and the wedding party and making sure you are comfortable and attend to any final changes or last minute things to do.  That way you can relax and enjoy getting ready for the Big Day

 

• Oversee proper set- up and design of ceremony and reception areas

 

• Co-ordinate musicians with placement, sound checks, microphone check and song selections

 

• Welcome and greet guests and assist with any special needs they may have

 

• Assist your MC with any requests and guide them through the day

 

• Co-ordinate the wedding party for walking down the aisle way, cue music, cue celebrant and do a final check on the groom.  Assist with bridal gown and trail/veil and tell the bridesmaids when it is time to go.

 

• Wrangle any wayward flower girls or page boys.  Assist with any pets walking down the aisle

 

• Assist Photographer with gathering your wedding party and family members for photos

 

• Ensure that the bridal party has a drink after the ceremony while you are mingling

 

Reception

• Checking on reception set up and that the entertainment is in place and sound checks are completed.

 

• Make sure all finishing touches are carried out and that all candles are lit prior to guest’s arrival

 

• Assist guests with any questions throughout the day and night

 

• Co-ordinate with your MC on the announcement and arrival of the bridal party to the reception

 

• Assist the bride with bustling of your wedding gown

 

• Liaise with catering / restaurant staff regarding food service and beverage service

 

• Assist any family members who are giving speeches and ensure they know when they are happening.

 

• Placement of any special items for the bridal party (ie comfortable shoes, extra lippy and so on)

 

• Assist with the removal of your wedding cake to the kitchen for service later

 

• Be there by your side, ready and available for any emergencies or unexpected occurrences

 

• Guide you graciously through your day, Keep things running on schedule, without a coordinator it’s very easy to simply run out of time and you never get to do all those creative and special things you spent months planning

 

• Keep track of, organize and pack everything up for you at the end of the evening

 

• Collect all of your wedding gifts, your guest book, pen, toasting glasses, cake top, etc

 

• Bring everything to your designated person or car for easy transport

 

• Be the one person to offer you a little laughter when those people nearest and dearest to you (forgive me) are driving you nuts
